I believe home ownership is a goal everyone can achieve, if they want to. It is also a stepping stone towards property investment, which creates additional streams of income and financial security. No matter where my clients are on their journey, I am here to meet them with understanding and a solution-focused plan. My goal is to build a boutique brokerage, that is a haven for a team of agents who share values and work together to help each client through the real estate season of their life. My approach to life, parenting, and business is to be proactive, not reactive. This learned philosophy drives everything I do, including my commitment to clients. I embrace a Twelve-Two Mindset, inspired by Romans 12:2, which guides my internal compass towards growth.

Looking toward the future, I intend to establish the Barbara Jean Scholarship for Professional Excellence in honor of my maternal grandmother, who passed before I had the chance to meet her and before she could fully live her own dreams. Additionally, I want to provide internship opportunities for young men and women interested in real estate or business, giving them a start to pursue their own goals.
